"Through my photography I want people to connect emotionally with the beautiful mystery of nature"

My name is Timothy and I have been inhabiting the wilds of Chile's Patagonia for about 10 years.

In 2014, I left my native France on a quest to capture the untouched beauty of one of the wildest region on Earth. Today, I proudly work as a nature photographer and filmmaker in Torres del Paine national park. Through my lens, I aim to build an emotional connection for people to experience how powerful nature is. I am indeed a firm believer that nature can express itself even in a still image.

When people watch my pictures, I hope they can feel the wind and have a sense of scale. I want people to emotionally connect with the landscapes and animals I photograph because I am convinced no effective conservation can be done without emotions. This convinction has been growing as I became a proud father concerned about the way we treat the only planet we inhabit.

My work has been featured worldwide (The Guardian, Escapade Magazine, LATAM Airlines...) and has been awarded in global events, including the Namur Nature Festival (Grand Prize winner), the European Photography Awards, the ReFocus Awards, the Los Angeles Film Awards and the Adventure in Motion contest.
